Ingredients:
- 1 can of cooked corn, drained
- 4 chicories, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- lemon juice (1-2 teaspoons or to taste)
Preparation:
Place corn, chicories, tomatoes and onion in a bowl. Toss it. In a mortar, crush the garlic. Add the oil and lemon juice slowly to the garlic. Add the mixture to the salad and toss it.
