Ingredients:
- 1 lb hake or any white fish
- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 red peppers, finely chopped
- 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups water
- Paprika
- salt (optional)
Preparation:
- Peel potatoes and cut them in chunky pieces.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, peppers and garlic.
- Before brown, add potatoes. Stir.
- Add paprika. Stir.
- Add tomatoes and two cups of water. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Add fish, and let it cook for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
